Adjustments
For the most perfect fit, I provide last-minute fixes or adjustments, with loving attention to detail, ensuring that the gown fits flawlessly and looks fabulous.
Dressing
For the bride: we provide comprehensive assistance every step of the way, from managing underskirts, fastening buttons, adjusting garters, tying corset backs, to adorning you with shoes and jewelry. In cases where there's a sizable bridal party, we recommend granting the bride some solitary moments whenever feasible.
We then turn our attention to other members of the bridal party and assist them with their garments.
Steaming
For your perfection, your gown will be impeccably pressed and ready to dazzle when floating down the aisle.

My name is Maureen Bourke, and I am the owner and founder of The Wedding Concierge. With a passion for providing exceptional service, I am dedicated to ensuring that brides and grooms have an unforgettable experience on their special day. In 2010, I established Elle & Stuart in Melbourne, named after my mum Ellen Stuart, who instilled in me a love for sewing and creativity from a young age.
Recently, my husband, our fur-kids Peaches and Harry, and I decided to embark on a sea-change and relocated to paradise in Port Douglas! Having experienced a destination wedding myself, I understand the challenges of planning from afar and the importance of having support, especially with the wedding dress. I am here to make your wedding day stress-free and enjoyable, providing the assistance and expertise you need to create beautiful memories.
